Terms of use for the Menosyke service.
1. Purpose of the service
Menosyke is a discovery service for events, last-minute benefits and SuperVibes. Event organisers and other advertisers may publish events, ticket links, event websites, route guidance and last-minute benefits defined by the organiser. Menosyke is not the ticket seller or event organiser unless explicitly stated.
2. Advertiser responsibility
The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that event details, timing, location, prices, ticket links, discount codes, availability information and other terms are accurate and up to date. The advertiser must update the information if the event is cancelled, postponed, sold out or if a benefit is no longer valid.
3. Last-minute benefits and SuperVibes
A last-minute benefit, discount code or SuperVibe is provided by the advertiser. Menosyke may show the benefit in the service, search results, event page or SuperVibe message. The final price, availability and purchase terms must always be checked from the official ticket seller or the advertiser’s own sales channel. Menosyke does not guarantee that a benefit is available unless availability has been confirmed from an official source.
4. Visibility packages and add-on services
Advertisers may purchase a basic visibility package, annual package or listing-specific add-ons such as a last-minute deal package or SuperVibe newsletter visibility. The package content, validity, listing limits, allowed event types and price are determined by the information shown at the time of purchase. Payments are not refunded if a listing is removed due to misleading, unlawful, inappropriate or terms-violating content.
5. Moderation and removal of content
Menosyke may edit, hide or remove a listing, user account, company account, discount code or other content if it is incorrect, inappropriate, misleading, unlawful, infringes third-party rights or conflicts with the purpose of the service. Menosyke may also restrict use of the service in cases of misuse.
6. User responsibility
Users must check the final event time, location, ticket availability, price, accessibility, age restrictions, cancellation terms and other conditions from the official event source before purchasing or attending. Menosyke is not responsible for event execution, ticket sales, arrangements, cancellations, price changes or venue conditions.
7. SuperVibe messages and direct marketing
SuperVibe messages and other electronic marketing messages are sent only to users who have given consent or where the law permits such communication. Recipients may unsubscribe using the link included in each message. The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that benefit texts and marketing claims are accurate.
8. Changes to terms
Menosyke may update these terms as the service develops. New terms become effective when published in the service. Significant changes may be announced in the service or by email.
9. Personal data and cookies
Menosyke processes personal data needed for using the service, provider accounts, communications, payments, security and service development. The service may use technically necessary cookies and visitor analytics.
10. Changes
Menosyke may update the terms, service features, pricing and operating models. Continuing to use the service after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
